In Pursuit Of Kindness: Bringing Jewish Values To The Holidays
With Rabbi Tzvi Muller
Tuesdays: 12:15 – 1:30 PM
Are Jewish holidays and their rituals meant to make us better people? “Yes!” according to the great sage Hillel. We tend to view Judaism’s rituals as separate from its ethical teachings. Hillel, however, challenges us to learn how these rituals can empower us to be better, kinder and more ethical people. Hillel asks us to revisit these mitzvot and study them in light of how they help bring out the best in us.
